The following instructions will show you how to open your Enlightened Technology hosted website using FTP. If you need assistance, please call our technical support help desk at: 972.403.8825.

Step 1 Double-click the My Computer icon on your computer's Desktop. In the Address bar enter your FTP site address in the following format: ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com. Then press the Enter key.

Step 2 Enter your FTP user name and password and click the Log On button.

Step 3 Your website files and folders will appear. You can copy files from your computer to the FTP site.
