Setup Instructions
The following setup instructions will show you how to configure your Pocket PC or SmartPhone for Exchange wireless ActiveSync. If you need assistance, please call our technical support help desk at: 972.735.8825.

Step 1 On your Pocket PC, Click Start > ActiveSync.

Step 2 At the bottom of the screen, Click Tools > Options.

Step 3 Click the Server tab. Enter mail2.etgroup.net in the Sync With This Server box then click the checkboxes next to Calendar, Contacts, and Inbox. Then click the Options button.

Step 4 Enter your Short User Name and Password. Enter ETG in the Domain box and click the Save Password checkbox. Then click the OK button.

Step 5 Click the Mobile Schedule tab and adjust the automatic sync settings to your liking.

Step 6 Click the PC tab and uncheck Use Mobile Schedule to Sync With This PC and uncheck Sync With this PC During Manual Sync. Click the OK button.

Step 7 Click the Sync button and your Pocket PC will begin initial wireless synchronization.
