Outlook Mobile Access is a great new feature to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. OMA allows you to check your email via an Internet enabled phone or Pocket PC. The following instructions will show you how to connect to your Enlightened Technology email account through Outlook Mobile Access. Step 1 Start your mobile phone's Internet browser and navigate to http://mail.yourdomain.com/oma. Enter your User Name and Password to login.

Please note: Because of the wide variety of Internet enabled phone's on the market, your screens may look different from these shown. If you are not sure how to use your phone's Internet browser, please contact your mobile phone service provider.

Step 2 Outlook Mobile Access will load and display the main menu. To access your Inbox, select the Inbox link.

Please note: If you receive an error message stating "Device not supported", please contact our technical support desk. Since new phone's come out all the time, we may need to add your phone type to our database.


Step 3 Outlook Mobile Access will display the contents of your Inbox. To read a message, select a message link.

Step 4 Outlook Mobile Access will display the selected message.

Step 5 To reply, forward or delete the message, scroll to the end of the message and select the appropriate link.
